This is some collage stuff I have been working on.

Track one is cis-AB a project I did with The Grand ChawHee. For a performance of John Cage’s 49 Waltzes for the Five Boroughs. It was a lot of fun I thew some shit together at home on my tape recorder. Then we went down to the corner w/a music box, a theremin, a kids keyboard I had bent (but it broke before i got it to make any noise), if I remember right we also used some keys and some packing tape. I was hoping some people would be like hey what are you crazy kids doing making all this racket. And I wanted to try to convince them to join in. But despite the fact there was a church across the street going on some sort of trip with about 7 bus loads of people, only one person spoke to us. She simply asked us “are you comfortable?”

The second track is me in my room. With two children’s turntables, a theremin, and two tape decks. All mixes from memory w/o cueing (cause you would have heard it.) Just a pile records and tapes and a couple of 40’s.
