OK. I am sorry this is not music related at all. But I have a new personal hero! BURKE KENNY, of Olympia, Washington and of BEARD TEAM USA!!!! (for moustaches, too)
As part of team USA Burke attended the 2005 World Beard and Moustache Championships in Berlin. There he finished fifth on the category of “Full Beard, Styled Moustache.” Kenny was not to denied, a former pizza deliver professional, who now moved into a career in meat smoking, began training for the 2007 games in Brighton, England. Though long nights, intense training and dedication Burke took home the gold in his event for the good ol’ red, white and blue!
USA! USA! USA!
